I am very happy with it. I was looking for somewhere to make and store the dressing and where it wouldn't leak if I shake it and run it down the sides of the container. I used to make dressings in old mustard cans, and when I shook them, all of the mustard ran out. It's not perfect and there's still a dripping problem, but I suppose it would be hard to avoid with anything (except maybe a glass with a long metal spout - but in that case you can't shake without leaking I guess i.) So the only downsides to this unit are: 1) I wish it was bigger - I basically go through the entire dressing volume in a week, and since the vinaigrette has a long shelf life, I'd like to make a larger volume. 2) When shaken, the seals are absolutely tight and totally reliable - amazing and an impressive piece of engineering. However, when you pour, the dressing sticks to the spout and stays there (I usually "peel" it with a lettuce leaf to use) and some goes to the top of the green thing and collects there. This part is difficult to clean so it builds up until I wash the whole thing, in my case after a week. But overall I think it's very well done and intelligent. If there was a larger size I would be very happy.
