I tried potstickers a few weeks ago. There is no joy. I tried pancakes yesterday. Not the best tool. The roller is very difficult to learn and doesn't really save time unless you have a long strip of dough. Otherwise, they are easier to cut with a ring shape. Unfortunately, the largest ring mold in my set isn't big enough for the dumpling maker itself. This brings me to the second problem. after crimping, everything gets stuck there and can no longer be pulled out. I tried some flour, some nonstick spray. All in all, it's a real pain in the ass to use. There are no instructions included on how it works.
