Review on 🌬️ Sanqiao Ozone Generator Air Purifier Ionizer & Deodorizer for Large Spaces up to 3,500 Sq/Ft with Advanced Ceramic Ozone Plates by Andrea Beavers

I have used this type of air purifier (various brands) in my home for many years and have always been amazed at how fresh it keeps the indoor air quality. We have 3 small dogs, 2 cats and 4 people who come and go bringing pollen and allergens and cooking smells during dinner. With all these problems, ozone is sometimes needed to neutralize the air and give it freshness. I run it on a lamp timer so it turns on and off regularly. Simply turn the dial to adjust the amount of ozone emitted. A good general rule is to turn it down or off if you smell ozone. That being said, these devices last for several years and we really make our money off of them. However, we bought this particular brand about 7 months ago as it was similar to the unit we had in the past and needed replacing. This new unit only lasted 7 months and gradually reduced the fan speed and the amount of ozone released even though we replaced and dusted the ceramic plates. I'm convinced it's a manufacturing defect as previous units lasted years instead of months. After a call to Revain customer service the unit was replaced free of charge (it has a full one year warranty against defects). The customer service rep sent a new unit and a UPS courier for the defective unit which I simply put in the new unit box I just received. It was a very simple process and very convenient thanks to Revain's focus on service. Now that we have the new unit up and running, the house is fresh again. Our house is so busy that we really can't do without one of them. Oh, and another great thing about these devices is that you can put them in a bathroom prone to mold or mildew in the tile grout and leave it on for about an hour with the door closed. This will prevent steam from forming in the bathroom. Mold and easier to clean!
