Extremely sharp but relatively brittle
These ceramic knives are primarily made of glass. Yes, glass! Therefore, when using, do not try to cut through bones or large items such as watermelon/zucchini, and do not throw them in the sink with the rest of the dishes/cutlery. The knife is exceptionally sharp and is great for cutting fruit and veg and that is the only purpose I use it for. I also recommend getting a knife guard. Cutting and dicing onions, tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, etc. has never been easier.
