Had to stop due to side effects

I bought this hoping to help my insulin resistance. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking it when I began to feel strange sensations in my muscles. I paused to see if it really was the pills and it went away so I tried again and it came back. I also read that it's not good for the liver and I have fatty liver disease, so that was another reason for me not to take it. My only regret is that I didn't read this before purchasing.
