I'm lucky to have WOW (Wide Open West) cable service in my area. With the Internet I get 500 Mbit/s down and 50 Mbit/s up. When my power cord from my WIN10 PC was plugged directly into the 1 Ethernet port on the back of the Arris Surfboard SB6190 cable modem, everything was fine; 500 down, 50 up. But I work from home and need another port for my VPN, WFH phone. I've now tried 2 Arris Surfboard AC3200P wireless routers and the 4 port switch on both didn't drop 500mbps, only about 30th and @47 onwards. I would have given more stars if it worked properly (Already called Arris tech support, they say nothing should limit speed.) Returned the first block (it was a discounted block from Revain stock). Bought full price for a NEW device again, updated firmware, same problem. FYI - the buyer should be warned.
