in my opinion, the swivel screen is not a very convenient thing, because it is rarely needed, and you need to turn it all the time (this is probably my quirk - always close the screen when the camera is not in use). Auto focus is quite tenacious as long as it's light, but in a nightclub it can be a bit dark, which makes it difficult to focus. In my opinion, in most cases (compared to crop cameras) the camera is excellent, the 7D is a bit more comfortable in terms of ergonomics and moisture protection, the 70D is just a little better.
