These shoes crushed my feet

Bought these for a trip to Costa Rica because a lot of trips recommended closed toe sandals and boy am I sorry. When they get wet they get sooo heavy and every time I step on them they rub both sides of my feet, tops and even my toes. I now have very painful blisters that affect walking and will make the next few days in Costa Rica very uncomfortable. I wish I had never bought them and could get my money back plus a little extra for the pain.
