I was really excited about this product but was very disappointed when it got here and didn't work at all. The remote did not connect or work to control the lights, nor the bluetooth app. The lights kept flickering and the only way to turn them off was to unplug. I then contacted customer service, had to prove my order and provide some videos explaining the problem and was told all I had to do was exchange it on Amazon. A 20 minute trip to Amazon Locker later I finally received my new package. Guess what? Those lights didn't work either. I got really excited as they worked for about 30 seconds but then went back to what they were doing before. I'm very frustrated and I don't know this product for those who don't want a severe headache.
