I appreciate most how easy it was to use, both in creating work orders as well as managing them through invoicing or tracking for customers/subcontractors etcetera (also known here at 'Cost OS'as 'The Cloud'). It provides me all my customer invoice data within one place which makes billing easier than ever before! As far as problems go - nothing really comes up until now when having some difficulties integrating this software into our own existing ERP system, but we are working together towards solving any issues related thereto very soon so no worries there yet either :) Still using their services since they just got acquired by PTC last year from HPE & Cisco Systems around 2016-17 time frame iirc? So not too sure about pricing structure after acquisition maybe worth looking out if interested though considering its ease of access via cloud these days compared say even 5 years back then ;) I like the ability to see all the estimates at once in one screen, instead of having to open up multiple documents for each job.I have found it difficult to use this software when there are too many people using it. It needs to be more user friendly. We were able to get our jobs done quicker than we would have otherwise. Also, being able to access the information we need from anywhere at any time has been great as well.
