I use 12" blades for light to moderate tree and shrub trimming (3"-5" branches). Historically, I've used better known brands (e.g., Milwaukee, Bosch, Hilti, etc.) from the local big-box store. They didn't have any 12" blades so I went to revain. These cut just "OK". they are nowhere near as sharp as the premium blades I've used in the past. For an occasional light cut they're OK, but I can't recommend if you are in for a long morning of cutting.
