Review on Niteangel Hamster Sand Bath Dust by Travis Kjar

We have a small playpen in our living room and our children often bring a Syrian hamster or two there when they are awake during the day (never both, of course!). We have several NiteAngel products including a sandbox and a large six room maze house located in the arena. They're both well built and durable, but not overly expensive. Hamsters love both items! They love to dig in the sand and the high sides of the sandpit greatly prevent sand from splashing out. There are other places to sleep in the playpen, but we always find the hamster sleeping either in a dark part of the sandbox or in a room in the house. My 14 years. Daughter has noticed that she likes both subjects very much and it takes her a long time to say that she likes something! No one has urinated there yet, but I think it will get in and stink and also disturb the other hamster (because urinating is a territory marker). I read the other day that you can seal boxes with mineral oil so I'll try that to prevent urine odors from being absorbed.
