I have worked for this organization as both employee & contractor over 5 years now - from customer support through management positions within their telecom division (Cisco). The people are great! They make you feel like part your family when working directly under them or providing services they need via subcontractor work at times. It's always been very good employer-employee relations there too but that could be because it was where my career began so maybe things changed since then? Not much else really comes up unless something major happens which would include any issues between employees themselves regarding training etc. If someone needs help right away just ask around internally if anyone knows who does what well enough already without having direct knowledge yet still willing assist others along those lines. Helping solve problems related specifically towards Cisco routers / switches including troubleshooting various types such has routing protocols errors while configuring routes into said devices using CLI commands during initial setup.
