I love that they can be dimmed! My son needed a light in the room when he reached the fear of the dark stage. I didn't want him to have anything that would affect his sleep quality or his ability to fall asleep, so I wanted something with as little blue light as possible (of course now they say blue light actually helps sleep or something). ). ). We also have one in the bathroom and it's so nice to have enough light to work without having to wake up in the middle of the night or after your eyes have adjusted to the dark bedroom. .I also like that we don't have to turn it on and off every day/night.
