I have wavy to curly hair, cut a short bob and like to style my hair straight a few times a week, but I can't dry my hair with a round brush at all. It's impossible for me. I usually blow dry with my fingers and then use a flat iron to style. It's really too much heat and it can frizz. I also have trouble doing the back and styling my hair properly. I kept my hair in the turban while I finished prepping and using the Conair tool. It wasn't too hot (I was comfortable keeping my hand near a heat source), but it dried my hair very quickly when I combed through sections. He straightened up efficiently and ended up looking pretty good. If I was in a hurry, I'd like to leave it as soon as it dries. In the end I lightly ironed my hair at a lower temperature and I am very satisfied. It didn't take long and delivered exactly the results I was hoping for without too much hassle.
