I was really excited about this gaming chair and thought Respawn had enough reputation to make everything seamless, damn I was wrong. The package arrived complete, but the parts were cheaply made. First, the armrests were all dents when I unpacked them. I figured it might be something that happened during shipping so I dusted it off and attempted to assemble the chair. Of course, just to keep things frustrating, no instructions are included and there are a few parts to assemble. Then when I started assembling the base I found that the holes that were supposed to attach the back of the seat to the base didn't line up with the metal plate that was supposed to hold everything together. It's like someone tried to mimic a real gaming chair and couldn't even get the dimensions right. At that moment I thought I couldn't even try to build it just by following some instructions. The chair was a huge disappointment and I should have read the other reviews before purchasing so I could see that others had the same issue of parts not being finished properly. This company definitely has quality control issues that they need to take care of. Overall I give the product a 1 out of 5 because now I have to do my best to return this item and get my money back.
