I'm new to the Cricut world and was dying to buy a few back so I could start making projects. This was my first vinyl experience and I have to say I fell in love. Easy to use. Glitter is easy to apply and not all over the place. As for the non-HTV, I spent 1 hour matching the design of the vinyl to the letters for the wine glasses. After cutting and ruining two sheets of vinyl, I decided to cut out the gingerbread man and heart. Both married better. My advice is to use it for informal projects. To confirm this, I cut the same design out of Cricut brand vinyl and cut and weeded it in 3 minutes. I'm deducting another star for this rating because of the tool kit and packaging. The vinyl was packaged in a giant box, but it was bent in the box causing the ends to curl. The scissors weren't in the toolbox holder and I didn't have any tools. In general, htv vinyl saved me from buying it, but I'm not sure I'll buy it again.
