Music sounds great, but whenever you get a call (or when Siri talks for more than a few seconds), the volume slowly increases on its own until it stops . So it sounds great for the first few seconds of a call (or Siri) and then gradually gets louder and louder until it gets "too loud" when the audio starts to distort (clipping). Restarting a call or stopping and starting Siri resets the volume. As a result, the sound quality for calls is very poor, but for music it is really good. I followed all the advice from other reviews and from the manual (turn the volume on the device itself to maximum during the call). There is some kind of bug in the device itself that is causing this as there is no initial volume setting on the device or the iPhone itself which makes this problem not occur. With iPhone SE and iOS 13. Thought maybe it was a bad device but same problem with A2+. Tried 2 different phones and 2 different devices. I really like this device but I hate taking calls on it. It has excellent noise cancellation but terrible sound quality for calls. It works great when listening to music or talking on the phone for less than 2-4 seconds.
