Great product for bikers

Updated review May 2015 (6 months later): After 6 months of almost daily use of the phone on a bike, one of the levers holding the phone is a little torn compared to normal large volume , use it. I ride at least 4 times a week with large social bike groups for 2-4 hours straight, often on bad roads/trails, and then another 3-10 times a week solo. He's still holding the phone, but it's not safe to continue using it. I emailed Koomus on a Saturday afternoon and on Monday morning they sent me a replacement and emailed me a tracking number. First class customer service! Also, I've seen a few reviews on here of phones flying after being hit and I don't disregard their experience, but I'm really curious how they attached the mount and phone because I can tell you from my daily I can tell users that my Nexus 5 is extremely difficult (nearly impossible) to fly, no matter how hard the impact. Did they also use a headphone pin? Many other people including myself have experienced that the stylus sits very firmly (snugly) in the headphone jack and there is no reason why the phone would pop out after a hit if properly secured. I've hit huge potholes and bumps (night off-road driving), I've hit speed bumps at high speed, I've driven old long cobblestone roads that feel like a mixer, and I've done all of that stuff at speeds of slow/typically 10 -15 made mph to 30+ mph. So again, without neglecting their experience, just curious as to why, once I've attached my mount correctly (with 2 extra inserts if the handlebars are too flimsy), position your hands correctly, so that they are tight but not too tight, use a pin headphone jack and finally adjusted the hinge to the correct angle, my Nexus 5 came out of the mount less than 3 times (and each time I didn't tighten the grip enough and every time the headphone pin dangled the phone off the bike and over it to the ground) as I was a very aggressive heavy-duty rider was. Original review Nov. 2014: This bassinet exceeded my expectations. It holds my phone very securely and the extra stylus for extra phone protection through the headphone jack holds the phone really well. I've had no issues with the steering function, bike placement angles, grip etc. I ride aggressively and sometimes use my phone for GPS but mainly for music with bluetooth speakers while riding and this mount is perfect for these events. Also, due to the phone's location, I can now receive incoming video calls (via Hangouts or other apps) while driving, so I can keep my eyes on the road and talk to them, but the caller can see me while driving, a good bit Privilege, though rarely used.
