I've tried many different supplements over the years and I really like the Evlution Recover Mode because it's caffeine free and has all the different ingredients I've been looking for and looking for training , decent taste and price. Sure, there are better prices and flavors out there, but it's creatine, BCAAs, glutamine, L-carnitine, betaine anhydrous, and beta-alanine all rolled into one. I use this pre and post workout because I can't get caffeine or my face starts to tingle - something I personally don't enjoy mid-workout. This is my second bath in relaxation mode, first I tasted the taste of grapes. but I definitely recommend Blue Raspberry. Will definitely be buying more, just wish the price was a little under $1 per serving as I take 1.5 to 2 every workout.
