If you are considering this headset as an option then I recommend it. The manufacturer offers excellent customer service when needed. I believe I purchased from Thousandshores Inc. but I contacted iClever directly using the information on the box and they were fantastic. They work as expected and the noise-cancelling feature is great, giving parents a bit of peace of mind. Essentially, you have a button to select one of two maximum volume levels. These are overhead cups so keep that in mind. Personally, I find in-ear headphones more comfortable, and apparently so does my child, but that's a matter of taste. The overall build quality and the ability to hook up other kit is top notch.
