Support did everything right

This is complete garbage. They just happened to stop working. ***Update*** After I posted this review, customer service contacted me and even though the return window had expired, they offered me a replacement. It was a satisfactory answer. Let's see how long they last when a 6 year old uses them at school!

Cons
  • Obsolete model

Very durable! Good value for money.

Lots of accessories included. Additional cable with microphone, carrying case. The quality was surprisingly good as the last baby headphones I bought for my child were the same price but cheaply made and the cable broke after 2 months. This one is strong and strong on the arm, the kid threw it around the house and it's still ticking. I myself have used it on a games console after the baby has gone to bed and the sound is surprisingly good. Also got extra free headphones hey 2 BIG UP!

Reliable Headphones for Kids

My kids have been using these headphones for a few months now and they are the best! I did a lot of research before buying and I liked that they are comfortable, produce great sound and have a solid metal headband. A few months later when the nylon webbing on one of the wires started to fray a bit, I contacted the company and they very quickly resolved the issue with a replacement. They stand behind their products and have great customer service. I will definitely buy and recommend their…

Great value for money and great customer service.

If you are considering this headset as an option then I recommend it. The manufacturer offers excellent customer service when needed. I believe I purchased from Thousandshores Inc. but I contacted iClever directly using the information on the box and they were fantastic. They work as expected and the noise-cancelling feature is great, giving parents a bit of peace of mind. Essentially, you have a button to select one of two maximum volume levels. These are overhead cups so keep that in mind…

Quality product for in-ear headphones

good quality product. Cozy. Accessible. There is a button on the cable for your convenience to pause your music, skip to the next song, answer and end a call, etc. A second cable comes with the headphones in case you want to connect a second headphone and you could listen at the same time. Comes with a nice drawstring bag made of durable material. . Plus for sending her to school with her son. They fold easily for compact storage. At first I thought they wouldn't work, but then I read the…

The best kids headphones on the market

If you've bought your kids headphones at a reasonable price, you know that sound quality is always at stake, a plug or connector can easily fail or just be weak. !Not this one. We've had ours for over a month now and have used them about a dozen times. Mute, adjust volume and size, and there were no problems. They're durable, the sound is excellent, and the ear cushions are well padded. If I wanted to point out that the only problem we have - which you will have with any accessory - is that it…

If I could give 10 stars I would!

These headphones are awesome! We bought these for our 8 year old autistic son because his old pair broke and the ones we just bought to replace his old one broke within the first 3 days of use. He MUST wear headphones or he'll have a nervous breakdown! You are so perfect! The ability to limit the output volume is a must, but the ability to detach the cable from the headphones is the biggest asset of this product for us. Every pair he had broke on the wire. With her help, he can break the wire…

Excellent value for money and quality!

These headphones are very nicely made. I bought these for my daughter when she calls Google with her teacher in class so she can hear well and have clear audio. I followed them several times when I needed privacy during a conversation and my hands were full. I'm really impressed with how good the sound is and how clearly you speak to the person on the other end of the line. These headphones are very nicely made. It's super impressive

My son needed headphones for a tech class in kindergarten, so I was looking for a cheap, comfortable noise-limiting headset. It won't last too long on 5-year-olds, so under $50 is ideal. Typically in the $20 price range, you can expect some sacrifices in quality, construction, and sound. I unboxed it and to be honest I was very impressed. The earbuds have a sleek design, in fact it looks like it's their new design, moving the adjustable straps from the outside to a more kid-friendly inside…
