I ordered 6 of these in total - three for our main kitchen + two for our second kitchen + one for our main cupboard. At first I thought one was defective because it wasn't charging properly. I later noticed that the other one wasn't loading properly when I swapped them out. It turned out that one of the supplied USB charging cables was defective. Since I don't have to charge more than four at a time, this isn't a deal breaker. And the power button is on one of those sticks because it's offset. But otherwise it works. So I'll keep them for now. And as many other reviews have pointed out, there are serious flaws in the remote control instructions. And they are selling two different designs and the reviews are confusing because they don't distinguish between two that have different controls.
