Also contact information to the seller if you experience any issues, I will for sure do more business with this company in the future. the only issue I had was with Ace Hardware/Hardware Hank, I brought the key to them to have it cut from the original key we already had. I told him its a key I ordered from amazon cause no stores carry this type of ignition key. He asked me what vehicle its too and I told him 2005 Buick Lacross, he looked it up in his book. And proceeded to put the keys in their Transponder key programmer, and I told him this key doesn't get programed this way, but he didn't listen. I'm just glad he didn't mess up the key by doing that. And when he cut the key it took him 15 minutes, and when I got too our car the new key would open the doors. But wouldn't turn in the ignition, so after I got home I thought maybe the key isn't cut just right. So I spent 2 hours grinding the new key on the concrete curb, to try to break the key in. Finally the key would turn in the ignition only if the key is partly removed (not fully inserted into the ignition). It was hard to program the key when you only have 10 seconds to start programming the new key from the original key, when you have a place like Ace Hardware/ Hardware Hank cut your keys.
