I have a 2008 Chevy Equinox LT. After purchasing a separate wiring harness (no mention was made of needing it) and a multi kit (since the actual stereo was too small for the hole) it fit perfectly and I installed everything correctly. As soon as I connected my phone to Apple CarPlay, the audio would skip every song I was playing. And it wasn't a connection because it was also connected to the radio. Speaking of which, when listening to music from CarPlay you have to crank the volume all the way up to hear anything, and then when I switched to the radio it was at full volume... so be careful. Sure, the sound quality is good, but chances are it'll skip your music like a broken player. Navigation is fine, but there was no way to try the rear camera. The camera isn't wireless, so you'll need to route this cable from the back, under the wheel well and along the length of the car back to the front of the car. (See photos for reference in the installation guide) Honestly, I'd proceed with caution. Finally, we may have done something wrong, but my father is a mechanic and has been working with cars for a very long time. Please keep this in mind and I hope you find a good stereo to match your car!
