The support team has been very responsive, proactive in helping us understand our needs as well providing solutions that have helped improve efficiency of operations within my organization's transportation network department! It would be great if they could provide more training opportunities so we can learn how this software works better with other applications or systems used by organizations like ours (iDrive/Siemens).

We are able solve some problems related logistics which were previously solved manually using spreadsheets - time savings realized from reduced man hours spent solving issues through automation process makes it worthwhile investment into such tool suite even though initial purchase price might seem high at first glance compared against similar products available locally / globally today; however benefits achieved far outweighs costs incurred during implementation period since no manual intervention was required once implemented successfully after successful testing phase conducted prior purchasing decision made ;-) I am looking forward working closely together wih them again soon.
