Valve core puller worked well. I used it with R134A on the upper side port on my '05 Honda Odyssey. Please note that the two shanks are different and are interchangeable between high port and low port tools. The Odyssey uses a smaller "car tire" valve on both the high and low sides, so I had to move the smaller stem to the high-port tool. Make sure the valve snaps into place on the stem end before attempting to remove the valve from the vehicle. If the replacement valve does not engage; Gently pinch the end with pliers.
