Review on 🐠 Fluval Clarify Bio - Optimal Aquarium Water Treatment by Travis Knight

I can't thank Fluval for making this product for people like me. Long review but PLEASE READ if you are confused! The biggest we could have is a 40g breeding tank. This messed up my loop. and smashed it hardcore. So I impatiently decided on TetraSafe Start Plus with concentrated bacteria. And impatiently I also decided to double the dose, no big deal, I figured the more the merrier. NOT RIGHT. After 2 weeks my tank was spinning but I believe it was a HUGE bacterial bloom causing this. (See Photo Exhibit A.) Do countless water changes, no matter how many times I change the water a week, it will go clear and cloudy, milky, cloudy again in a day or two. I was so angry at myself! First I tried Seachem Clarity and it did absolutely nothing. Then, after research, I tried Aqueon water clarifier. Again nothing. I was so frustrated and was about to give up. and then I found this product! In my desperate research reading the reviews, some people said they should do a water change first, SAME as changing the "filter floss" and then add the required amount of the product. When Fluval Bio Clear arrived I did a 50% water change PLUS changed the filter floss to Fluval Quick-Clear and THEN I added Fluval Bio Clear, waited 48 hours with no change but I was SO upset. I decided to give ONE more try. This time I did NOT do a water change which meant I did NOT add Seachem Prime either. I don't know if these two products work against each other. BUT my tank is FINALLY 90% clean again after waiting another 48 HOURS and ONLY adding Fluval Bio Clear. (See Photo Exhibit B.) I added another dose last night to hopefully clear it 100% and then probably did a water change and replaced my Fluval Quick-Clear just to add another extra shine. This is 100% real. Review! I hope this helps anyone willing to throw their tank out the window like I did. Do not give up! Update to take my 3rd photo. After the 3rd dose of Fluval Bio Clear, my aquarium sparkles like no other! Nice! Be sure to try it!
