2012 Ram 1500 Sport
The truck had the top two holes for the bolts but not the bottom 2. I was going to leave it with only 2 but it was not sturdy at all. I had to drill the other holes.The only complains were the cheap plastic covers for the brackets. They don't look stright and they don't look good at all so I decided to leave them off. Also, the bolts were made of cheap metal. 3 of them were striped after almost a little pressure was applied.
