The 500ml size is perfect. Nice simple clean design. Doesn't take up much space on the table. Smaller, less bulky than Bodum. The entire interior is made of stainless steel, not plastic like Bodum. I've never been a fan of Bodum plastic, but 500ml teapots are hard to find. The cover can be completely removed, allowing you to clean the entire interior. The non-removable Bodum cover makes complete cleaning impossible. The outside also cleans better. The Bodum plastic has faded from use and cleaning. So far it has held up well to cleaning. One star deduction - the lid evaporates at the handle. This doesn't happen often, but the steam passing through that gap can burn your finger if you pick up the kettle after it's fully boiled. The best and most natural grip is with your fingers wrapped around the grip with your thumb on top. So far two small blisters on the thumb. Doesn't break the deal but should be fixed imo.
