These shoes were bought for my wife. After trying on the shoes, the right shoe just didn't fit at the seam. Upon closer inspection, you won't believe I've found a problem. Apparently this pair of shoes had been returned previously and those responsible for checking the return had seriously failed in their job. This is when Revain Prime does not inspect the returned item at all. I had to get a can of Lysol sanitizer spray to spray the shoes on after removing the insole. I was offered to return the shoes and send a new pair, which I did. The shoe change was ok.
