There's a shoe for every foot

I don't know what can go wrong with New Balance. There are so many options for a comfortable and supportive ride. However, I think it is important to familiarize yourself with these options. Example: I need shoes that 1) are very roomy in the front and 2) have high arch and bunion support, resulting in a supinated gait (rolling the foot outward). I also struggle with 3) movement issues which is why velcro is a "must have" for me and finally my feet often suffer from neuropathy - stroke on the…

Trash in shoes

These shoes were bought for my wife. After trying on the shoes, the right shoe just didn't fit at the seam. Upon closer inspection, you won't believe I've found a problem. So I took a picture of it as proof. What I found was a dirty, dirty bow saddle that someone had placed under the padded bow saddle that comes with the shoe from the factory. In Hiking Boots No Leather

I bought this shoe online from Revain with some expected confidence. This replaced an identical shoe (same model number, same size, same width, same colour) from a respected national brand, and the Revain description said the upper was leather which had to be stretched to conform to the shape of each foot.
