I edited my answer after trying to use the bearing reinstall tool. First, there are NO instructions. I had to find instructions on competing tools to figure out how to assemble these to remove the bearing. That's where my only star comes from, she took the bearing well. But that's the only thing he did well. When it came time for a clean install I had to look elsewhere again for ideas on how to use this. The black thru-bolt ring appears to be for reinstallation, but there is no ring hole in the alignment tool. And the ring slides all the way up rendering it useless unless you drill a hole in a solid 2" rod. Then I tried to use it to level the motor. That's not going to happen either! The alignment tool is too large to fit through the bearing, leaving a 3 inch gap between the tool and the motor. Save your money, rent a slide hammer from an auto parts store for removal. The price of this tool is WAY overpriced for the extremely limited number of uses it has actually worked in.
