Review on Universal Black A/C Valve Core Remover/Installer by MASTERCOOL - Model 58490 by Matt Nichols

Buy this MasterCool kit and no other kits - it's a waste of time

This is my second purchase of a Schrader valve. I should have bought it beforehand. I'm attaching a lot of pictures because the pictures here suck. When contacted, the manufacturer has no idea which part of the clock is suitable for which cars. So as you read this review, fast forward as I purchase two MasterCool kits and am guessing/hoping that one of these will fit my 2003 Chevy Avalanche z71 with Schrader high and low valves. The low setting took 15 minutes to smoothly switch this tool. Also, BUY new Schrader values BEFORE using this tool. My value is too high. My ups and downs are completely different in style and size. (Why?!?) Definitely this set would go with both my expensive and cheap replacement shredder. I don't know the sizes and neither does MasterCool! (WTH?) I used #1 and #2 from this set to adjust the high and low Schroeder values as the other sets aren't long enough. (Top two from left in main image) Ironically, MasterCool does not/cannot provide the length or diameter of their product over the phone or on the website. (WTH?) My system is still under pressure. I then found out that there is NO schrader valve for the high pressure AC line, instead the entire valve needs to be replaced, hence the R134 pressure system needs to be drained and refilled 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄This can also apply to Silverados and other Chevrolet trucks Mid 2000 - X. Good luck!
