UPDATE: The second unit started buzzing and is now sending it back for a refund. I would just avoid this device. The first one I installed had extensive feedback, although I routed each wire individually through different sections of the car (which took ages) to ensure there was ZERO potential for interference. However, I still have a fairly loud hum that can be heard even when the car is off (very quiet) as it has a direct connection to the battery. Got a replacement from Amazon and it took 10 minutes to swap them out and it's perfect, no buzzing or glitches. If you can get a good one it's fantastic value for money. But I'm only giving it 3 stars as there's a 50/50 chance of getting a bad one.
