The first thing that struck me was that they are a digital agency. That means they create websites. So, I started looking at their website and the layout of the site. It looked like a poorly designed website. And, it didn't seem like the company did any kind of research. For example, if you wanted to sign up for their newsletter, you needed to click on the "sign up" button. But, you couldn't see the form anywhere. You also couldn't see where the button was. If you tried to register for the newsletter, you received a message saying that the form wasn't submitted. This happens quite frequently with these types of companies. They offer website hosting. So, if you bought a package from them, they would provide the domain name, the website hosting, and the web content. Now, I have never heard of a company providing the web content. Usually, the customer provides the web content. So, I thought, what if they are outsourcing the web content? That means that the quality of the content could vary greatly. After all, the content is what the customer sees.
