I bought this because I have almost all Retroflags cases and the quality is top notch every time. This case is something to be proud of and I've had no problems with it. I've attached a photo of the heatsink that I modified to fit this case. It has a cutout to make room for the SD card slot. No overheating issues and I don't use a fan. The only thing I can fault is that the side door is difficult to close, but I don't open it that often so it doesn't really bother me. from the corpus, the scripts for safe shutdown work fine, and this is a very valuable feature.
