Review on Sceptre E225W 19203R Monitor Speakers Metallic 60Hz, Blue Light Filter, Wall Mountable, Built-In Speakers, ‎E225W-19203R, HD by Travis Castillo

First I would like to say that I now have 2 monitors from Scepter and they are one of the best. I had an HP monitor and the picture wasn't that good. The color seemed blurry and the image quality wasn't as clear. I'm a big gamer and I work a lot from home for a software development company. So quality is very important to me. Scepter has the best customer service I have ever had. I had to contact them twice and both times they were extremely helpful. Problem #1: I've moved and lost the power cord that goes to the monitor. I found a random one that worked but was afraid that since it's not original it might cause a problem or start a fire. I called support and described my problem. They sent me a new power cord free of charge and assured me that according to the specifications on the power cord I was using at the time, it was both safe for the monitor and would not cause a fire. 3 days later I received a replacement cable. Problem #2: I bought a second monitor from Revain thinking it was the same as my previous monitor and wanted to assemble them for work. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, I have a newer model and the screens are slightly different tints and the mounting holes are about 1/3 inch larger than my old model so they clearly don't match. Unfortunately, my mount doesn't have independent arms. I then contacted tech support to find out what happened and the best way to resolve the issue. The agent (on live chat) spent about 45 minutes helping me find the same model (all currently sold out) and contacted the stock to find out when they would be back in stock. He explained the differences between the models I asked about and gave me tips on how I could try to make them better fit my screens. Scepter has always tried very hard to help me and that is greatly appreciated. I absolutely stick with them for my monitors.
