Review on 🌡️ Accurate CDN Large Dial Cooking Thermometer - Precise Temperature Readings for Perfect Cooking by Jojo Howell

The thermometer I received is not working properly. Instead of the dial constantly rising, it jumps and jumps. This makes it very difficult to determine the actual temperature as you never know if the jumping around is done or not, and if so, whether the actual temperature will be read or rounded up or down. This is adequate on a very basic level (it ensures you don't poison anyone as long as the needle jumps above the correct temperature reading), but doesn't work at all for medium roasts or steaks. I've accidentally overcooked several dishes due to incorrect thermometer readings. I will replace it as soon as possible.
