All these muscles are attached and even made my arm and hand feel wonky. After a trip to the ER -- and chest/heart xrays/EKG to rule out any heart problems -- it was determined I was having muscle spasms. They are awesome. They come in three different grip strengths. I started with the yellow one and would use it while watching TV, reading, etc. Slowly but surely, thanks to these balls and my massages, my hand strength is starting to return. Now the yellow one is too easy to use so I have moved up to the red egg. You can definitely feel the difference in the resistance of each egg.At first I couldn't write well, especially writing numbers. I could not push down on pump lotion bottles, couldn't turn a lock on one of our doors, or carry things. Now, using these egg balls [as my grand babies call them] my hand is getting stronger and stronger daily. And I can now do all of the above things that I couldn't at first.
