Free size fits all. My waist is 28-29 and I can usually do 30 with a belt (Prana Brion pants fit me at 30) and the size chart shows 30 fits 29-30 inches. In fact, they easily fit a 32-inch waist and maybe larger. The fit overall is also too loose, much more than what would be good for freedom of movement. It's like wearing Mc Hammer pants on a camping trip: clinging to everything and blowing whatever the wind. I'm guessing the length is only slightly longer despite the clumsy "short, regular, long" system. Come on north side, stop trying to cut corners and just make your pants 2 inches long like everyone else. I tried them on for 45 seconds before deciding to send them back, so I can't speak to any other properties. They return and I will return to my faithful pranas.
