Always used Otterbox. In my line of work, phones are often dropped, a phone holster is a must, reliability is important. When I first put the phone on the holster it felt right, I figured I probably did it wrong and it fell out again. I stopped using it thinking it was a unique issue to this device while waiting for T-Mobile. In order to put a protective film on the phone, I open 3 identical Otterboxes and think that there is no way the case will remain in the holster. There must be a design flaw. Don't trust the holster for this model!
