I picked this up after reading eMeet reviews and a YouTube search. This is worth the price point. Working remotely my laptop speaker and mic were not cutting it. This removes the need for two additional devices to supplement my poor laptop hardware. In my opinion it works just as well as the Jabra device in my work office. It plugs in via USB to charge as well as communicate if it stays plugged in. Bluetooth works well, but I personally rarely use it for work purposes. Quality is great and very clear. Does a good job of filtering out multiple voices/noises if you have a bunch of things going on. Hundred times better than my laptop hardware and I don't need to wear a headset.It comes with a basic how to on setting up the drivers or changing settings, but my laptop immediately recognized the device. It defaults to the device every time im joining a CC no matter the application (zoom, webex, Skype, etc.)Basically zero setup. A true plug and play. This was a perfect buy for working remotely.
