oh my god! Wow! I really thought when I got this that it was going to be a cheap piece of plastic. To my surprise and my wallet's delight, it works like a charm! I used it on some fairly hard aged parmesan cheese I bought at a specialty market and oh my goodness! I felt like I was in Olive Garden and didn't need to feel bad because a guy stood there for seven minutes while his poor arm practically fell off and drowned the whole restaurant in shaved Parmese. Aha! Now I can do it at home! Very easy to use! Already assembled! Just throw it in the dishwasher and it's like new! The color is beautiful! Exactly the same as the picture, I bought the turquoise blue!
