I've only used it a couple of times and so far it's working great. I had an issue and the company supported their product and got it right. It fits the Model Y perfectly. There are 4 different places to inflate. A part of the headrest, its main part and two inflatable leg compartments. You will quickly find that there are different adapters to fully inflate a mattress. When deflated, you can also use a pump to deflate. Instead, you just put it on the pump. I also used it in my room when I needed an extra bed and also rested on it. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.
