No lie I have a directed call and I am so stressed to arrive at my destination that it takes me almost an hour to get the stress out once I arrive safely. When someone is in the car with me, I usually hit them because I'm afraid of the unknown with a new destination. I recently had to travel for work and decided I needed to use GPS so I bought this device. I spent an hour the day before the trip trying to figure it out. Somehow I got the start and end points and THEN I was ready to go. I used it on the day of my trip and other than the fact that I couldn't attach the device to the mount to keep it securely in place (a kind of latch), the only issue I had was that the bracket attached to the windshield came loose while driving and the device fell out and fell into my hand. This was not a problem as the voice could still be heard. Once I got stuck in traffic, I could put it back on and watch when needed. No problem. I arrived safely and although I was stressed about having to be there, given these clear and concise directions, I didn't feel scared about my journey. I even appreciated the red light camera warning! Nowadays when everyone uses their cell phone for EVERYTHING, it was so nice to have your phone in your purse and rely on this technology. I will use it again and again. VERY HAPPY! Con: Directions are a bit difficult to understand, and it was also difficult to figure out how to type in an address. On the way back I couldn't figure out how to get my home address on the device and I had to select something nearby and just turn it off as soon as I got to my house.
