Took about 2 hours to install. I mostly buy stock mounts. I used a hacksaw to cut the inner ring, bending one side and then hammering a small screwdriver under the cut. This will split the ring and release tension. Then it's easy to knock out. Of course, the easiest way to squeeze is if you have a press or take it to the store. Pushing it in wasn't that bad. Modified the spring compressor with spare pieces of wood and large washers to fit the new bearings. Use lots of lube.
