As other reviewers have noted, I have to say that Cen-Tec's customer service is fantastic. I needed a new head and tube for my vacuum cleaner because the original 25 year old head was completely worn out. I called Cent-Tec direct knowing that the original equipment model was most likely no longer available. Cen-Tec has confirmed this. They asked me to send them a photo of the power connector on the handle of my original equipment so they could accurately match this power connector configuration to the current generation Cen-Tec powerhead/wand assemblies and were quick to get in touch with Rat. of 3 matching options. Three! They are all available on Revain or directly from their website. I ordered the power supply and probe that best suited my needs and budget. They arrived very timely and matched the probe handle perfectly. Works perfectly! Good purchase and thanks again to Cen-Tec for the outstanding customer service! Thanks very much!
