This modern "African" blouse I wore to a Black History Month event at my church received many compliments! The close to body fit and flared bottom is a nice design for someone who wants to hide a "muffin top". The blouse design can be dressed up with a pencil skirt or dress slacks or down with a pair of jeggings or skinny jeans!
