My son has to wear his school uniform with the belt. We tried several straps but they didn't fit well through the loops or didn't fit. This belt solved our problems. The material is smooth so it slides easily through the loops (so there's no morning fuss or a belt in your pants after school). It has a great snap system so it can be adjusted to the right size and is easy enough to use in elementary and middle school. Love the fact that it has nice metal hardware so when worn it looks like a regular belt.
